The following cases were heard in Harnett County District Court on July 14. Judge Jimmy Love Jr. presided and District Attorneys Suzanne Matthews and Robert Gilmore prosecuted the docket.
• Jeracel Lemar Elliott pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He received a 45-day suspended sentence, 12 months unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay a $50 fine.
• Angela Joy Roberts pleaded guilty to driving while impaired. She received a 30-day active sentence.
• Westley Thomas Gould was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He received nine days with credit for time served and was ordered to pay cost.
• Jose Antonio Cordova pleaded guilty to driving while impaired. He received a 60-day suspended sentence, 12 months unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay cost and a $100 fine.
• James Leon Godfrey pleaded guilty to no operator’s license. He received a 20-day active sentence.
