Dunn Man Charged For Sex Offenses With Minor
Dunn Police arrested 44-yearold Luis Lopez of Cascade Circle, Dunn, Wednesday on charges for sex offenses with a child under the age of 13. According to Dunn Police, an investigation into a reported April 27 sex offense led to two additional charges for kidnapping and indecent liberties incidents from July 11, 2015.
Mr. Louis was charged with first-degree statutory sex offense with a child by an adult, seconddegree kidnapping and indecent liberties with a child. He was taken to the Harnett County Jail and released under a $25,000 secured bond.
