Owen Henry Williamson Jr., 61, of 106 Happy Trails Drive, Angier, died Tuesday, June 7, 2016.
He was born June 9, 1954, in Bladen County to the late Owen Henry Sr. and Elneeta Caulk Williamson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo Williamson; and a daughter, Amie Redell Williamson. Mr. Williamson was a retired heavy equipment operator and attended Greater Vision Fellowship Church, Lillington.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Friday at Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel, Coats, by Pastor Tony Thompson. Burial will follow at the Stone Family Cemetery, Coats.
Survivors include his children, Michelle Yarbrough and husband Michael of Angier, Bethany Stephens and husband Brian of Willow Spring, Elizabeth “LuLu” Thompson and husband Tony of Angier, Joey Williamson and fiancée Jennifer Wright of Coats; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Billy Williamson and Robert Caulk, both of Fayetteville.
The family will receive friends Friday from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home and other times at the home of Elizabeth and Tony Thompson, 106 Happy Trails Drive, Angier.
